I recently changed my sharing policy. You may now sell toys made with any Dansereau patterns!
The rules
You need to buy the pattern and keep the receipt (not get it for free on my website or from a friend)
Only small artisans may sell toys made from my patterns (no mass production)
You need to add credit to dansereau.co, on a tag if you sell in person or a link to my website if you sell online.
A little extra that is not really a rule, I would really love to see what you do. It's easy just tag me on social media or share pictures with me.
Something not clear?
Reach out if you’re not sure about making and selling plushies or dolls made with dansereau patterns. I will answer all your questions and might even get you some tips.
IMPORTANT
THE PATTERN ITSELF MAY NOT BE SOLD OR REPRODUCED. A pattern or part of it may not be resold either digitally or in paper. It is meant for personal use only and is copyrighted.
Another tip: before selling toys, educate yourself on safety rules. Here in Canada there is a wealth of information on the government website. Although the reading can be dense, it is important to understand what the dangers are. Make sure to sew securely and be careful with small parts like buttons.
Labels
It is not mandatory to use my labels, but at the request of a customer I created a free file to allow you to identify your creations. There are several versions, whether you make dolls or stuffed animals and depending on the details you want to include. Print it on cardboard, white, kraft or colored, then cut them out and punch a hole where there's a small cross. Pass a string and presto the label is ready to accompany your creations.
Remember, it would make my day to see your creations so don't hesitate to send me pictures.
