Patterns to download
Delivery of PDF patterns is automatic once payment has been made. A link to download the chosen patterns will be sent by email. Check your spam messages carefully before contacting us for a pattern not received. If that's the case and you don't receive your order, write to me and I'll find the problem - and the solution. Due to the nature of the product, no refunds will be issued for downloadable products.
Delivery
Ultime
Delivery of the Tiny Sewing Club is free in Canada. It is done by regular mail with Canada Post every 1st of the month. A regular envelope usually takes 2-4 days to arrive depending on the region and time of year.
Internationally, a delivery charge of $3 per month will be added to your invoice. Delivery is also made by regular mail with Canada Post every 1st of the month. A regular envelope usually takes 6-10 days to reach Europe.

Customs
Since the Tiny Sewing Club is sent by regular mail in an envelope, I am not sure that customs fees can be claimed. That said, each country manages what goes in and the related costs. To avoid any surprises, contact your postal service before ordering and find out about the costs that could be involved (customs clearance, taxes). I am not responsible for customs fees and/or delays and I have no control over the subject.
Delay or lost envelope
Your envelope still hasn't arrived? The first step is to do a little research on your side, yes it's boring but it happens. Go to your post office and investigate, a delivery notice may have been lost or your envelope may have been taken at customs. The letter is larger than most envelopes and may not fit in all mailboxes, check around and with your neighbors.
If you still can't find a trace by the 15th of the month, contact me and I'll send a new envelope. If the envelope has not been returned due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address or if it has never been claimed, the return will be at your expense.
Each case is unique and I am a reasonable person, together we will find a solution to all problems.
Returns & exchanges
Cancelation
To allow Dansereau to continue to create unique patterns and exclusive blog posts, the minimum subscription is 3 months. If you are not sure to appreciate the Tiny Sewing Club, I invite you to subscribe for the duration of 3 months, the subscription will not be extended beyond the chosen duration. If you choose to subscribe for 1 year and want to cancel before the end of this period, the balance of the discount issued for the long-term subscription will be charged to you as well as the minimum of 3 months. (for example; if you are an Ultime member and have already received the first 2 months at $15.50, for cancellation during the 3rd month you will be charged an additional $2.50 per month in addition to the last month).
